MT-BC, what are characteristics of rock and roll? 🤔

Power chords is the first thing to come to mind, but it’s not the only element! What makes rock and roll riffs so memorable is how they make melodies that are catchy. Think: Stairway to Heaven, Panama, Jump, Another One Bites the Dust, More than a Feeling, Don’t Stop Believing, etc. 📋

Im not too concerned about the “theory” of the chords, but more focused on the “feel” and melody of the riff AND if it’s fun to play (another huge element for rock and roll, imo) 🤘🏼
