CMTEs are Continuing Music Therapy Education credits. Board-certified music therapists require 100 credits every 5-year recertification cycle. 3 of these credits must be ethics credits.
-
This course is right for you if you are a board-certified music therapist that needs CMTEs and wants to grow in foundational techniques like hammer-ons and pull-offs and advanced techniques like funk guitar skills and octave chords.
-
If you are a music therapy student today (including a music therapy intern), you cannot retroactively obtain CMTEs once you become board-certified. Take the course as a MT-BC to earn CMTEs.
