CMTEs are Continuing Music Therapy Education credits. Board-certified music therapists require 100 credits every 5-year recertification cycle. 3 of these credits must be ethics credits.
-
This course is right for you if you want to learn chord variations and substitutions that you will use every time you play guitar as a MT-BC, or if you are a MT student that has never played guitar before and are studying music therapy!
-
If you are a music therapy student today (including a music therapy intern), you cannot retroactively obtain CMTEs once you become board-certified. Take the course as a MT-BC to earn CMTEs.
