A flamenco technique in a classic rock riff? 💃🏻

Because why not? My guitar teacher taught me this many years ago and called it a “flannel strum” but it wasn’t until studying classical guitar that I learned the actual name for it. I’m not a flamenco guitarist by any means, but I love the texture that it adds to my strum patterns! 🙌🏼
